We are a married couple on our seventh decade of lives. Like most people the blue print for good health had eluded us. Seventeen months ago, we are fortunate to stumble into an unexpected gift from the Universe, a stone named Shungite. Having this stone in our living spaces and on our selves is quite astonishing. The boundless energy on a daily basis is surprising. The age-related insecurities have vanished.  We have a new sense of purpose at this stage of our lives. This is one personal journey we are going to take for all the limitless possibilities that Shungite offers.
